This has nothing to do with the overnight oats recipe, except that she is eating yogurt. But it’s a throwback to cute baby Alexa, so why not?!

Vanilla Overnight Oats

May 14, 2025 by Rebekah Doran

I hope to be writing more about peptides and workouts soon, but in the meantime, I thought I would share another protein rich, make ahead breakfast recipe. This one is for Vanilla Overnight Oats. This recipe came from 24carrotlife.com

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Close the jar and shake until well combined.
  2. Place in the refrigerator ovvernight and add more milk in the morning if you would like a thinnger consistency.
  3. Top with fruit and/or granola.

This quick breakfast is a bit tangy. If you don't like greek yogurt, you won't like these overnight oats! It packs 20grams of protein and almost 10 grams of fiber into one meal though, so worth a try if you are a yogurt fan! Top with some fresh berries and you increase the fiber content even more plus add in some antioxidants!
